Shipping policy
At This Nice Watch Shop, we carefully package every watch to help ensure it arrives safely and securely. We ship orders throughout the United States and may offer international shipping on select orders.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Because many of our watches are individually inspected, refurbished, or prepared specifically for shipment, some orders may require additional processing time. If your order requires a significant delay, we will contact you.
Shipping Options
Available shipping methods and prices are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the services available for your order.
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
United States Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout unless a free-shipping promotion applies.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
If the order is eligible for a refund instead of reshipment, original shipping charges may not be refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take reasonable care to package watches securely before shipment.
Once an order has been delivered according to the carrier's tracking information, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If a package appears to have been lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs, packaging information, tracking information, or other documentation necessary to assist with a claim.
For packages marked as delivered but believed to be stolen, customers should also contact the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, their local authorities.
Damaged Watches Upon Arrival
If your watch arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:
- The watch
- The shipping box
- The interior packaging
- Any visible damage to the package
- Any visible damage to the watch
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as it may be required for a carrier claim.
Do not return a damaged item without first contacting us for instructions.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.
International delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing and the destination country's postal or customs procedures.
We cannot guarantee that an international shipment will arrive within a specific timeframe.

Watch Repair & Refurbishment Services
For watches submitted to This Nice Watch Shop for repair or refurbishment, shipping arrangements may differ from standard product orders.
Customers should follow the specific shipping instructions provided for their repair or refurbishment order. Do not mail a watch to us for repair without first receiving shipping instructions from This Nice Watch Shop.
